Fox Ordering convenience fee is 5% over subtotal order value
Do I need to pay for my tablet?
No, tablets are included as part of our service.
When do I receive my tablet?
3-7 business days.
Who takes care of my deliveries?
Our delivery partner is Doordash, they will be in charge of
delivering orders to the final customer.
Who should I talk to if I have an issue with a driver?
Doordash support information can be found in the View order section; then under Options/Cancel, it is the fourth tab from the top: Help.
Steps to follow:
- Call DoorDash Support (855) 431-0459, explain your case and ask for a full refund. IMPORTANT: DoorDash should send you a confirmation email to the restaurant's email.
- Forward the received email to support@foxordering.com
- Call our support number (866) 883 6967 and explain the case. One of our agents will contact you to manage the refund to your customer and confirm the payment of the prepared order.
In no case should the restaurant refund in cash. The customer will receive a refund to the same payment method used when ordering online, within up to 5 business days.
Do I get a printer sent to me?
We don't deliver printers, however the printer that works with
our tablet and service can be purchased on amazon at the

How often do I get paid?
Direct deposits are sent out weekly, every Thursday. Direct
deposits should be available between 1-3 business days.
Does Fox Ordering work as a Marketplace?
We don't operate as a marketplace. Fox Ordering functions as a
direct online ordering system, covering both Pick up and
Delivery. We operate through the restaurant's official website,
and in cases where a restaurant lacks a website, we offer to
create one at no cost. This streamlined process is facilitated
by the Google My Business profile, serving as a beneficial ally
for Fox Ordering.
